What does View Projects show?
It lists projects you own and collaborations available to your account. Cards show a title, thumbnail, and online or recent-editor information. Click a card to open its Scratch editor.
Find or leave a project
- Open the extension popup → View Projects. You can also find CoBlocks entries in Scratch My Stuff.
- For a project shared by username, add its owner to your CoBlocks friends list. For an invitation, finish accepting the link.
- Use Leave / Unlink in My Stuff, or Unlink project in the collaboration panel, to leave the association. Save a backup first.
More detail & reference
Open your project workspace
The workspace includes owned and eligible shared projects. Keyboard users can focus a card and use Enter or Space. If no projects appear, enable CoBlocks on an owned Scratch project or accept an invite.
- Open the CoBlocks popup and select View Projects.
- Find a card by its title and Scratch thumbnail.
- Read the online count or last-editor detail, then click the card or Open editor.
CoBlocks inside Scratch My Stuff
The My Stuff integration adds access to CoBlocks project entries, with last-modified information and online indicators. See inside opens an editor; Leave or Unlink removes that association.
When joining a collaboration for the first time, the extension may create and link a Scratch project copy for your account. Do not assume the Scratch ID in another collaborator’s URL is your own linked copy.
A directly shared project is missing
- Add the project owner to your CoBlocks friends list if access was granted by username.
- For link-based access, accept the invitation completely; it bypasses that friend-list visibility condition.
- Check the active Scratch account and CoBlocks server.
- Ask the owner to confirm that Project access still includes you.
- A removed collaboration or inactive backend record may no longer be available.
Leave and unlink with care
Save before leaving. My Stuff exposes Leave / Unlink, and the editor panel has Unlink project. These affect CoBlocks membership or linked copies; they do not delete your Scratch project through Scratch’s delete feature.
Leaving as owner can pass backend ownership to a remaining collaborator. There is no dedicated ownership-transfer wizard in the verified interface.
